If you are new to eBay you must register before you can start bidding on official NFL Auction items.
Once you find an authentic NFL Auction item you are interested in, placing a bid is easy. Here's how:
1.   Be sure to note the current price for the item you are interested in. In the example on the right, the high bid is currently $54.00.
2.   Scroll down to below the item description and enter your maximum bid in the box. Then, click the Review Bid button. In this example, the minimum bid increment is $1, so you would need to bid at least $55.
3.   Enter your User ID and password and then click the Place Bid button. That's it! eBay will now bid on your behalf up to your maximum . With Proxy Bidding you can let eBay do all the work for you!
Once your bid has been placed, you'll get an email confirming your bid. When you win your item you'll need to checkout
Every NFL Auction item will be listed for 10 days. Within 24 hours after an auction ends the winning bidder will be notified via email congratulating them on their winning bid. Note that the instructions below are relative to the email from NFL.Auction@NFL.com and NOT eBay's end of auction notice.
The "end of auction notice" from NFL.Auction@NFL.com will facilitate the completion of your auction. Simply follow the instructions below and your item will be on its way:
1.   Open up the end of auction email with the subject "Congratulations - You won an NFL Auction Item." Within this email you'll find a link to our online check out service provided by AuctionHelper.com. If you can't find a link simply go to www.AuctionHelper.com and enter your email address that's listed within your eBay profile. Your password will be included in the email for manual entrance to our check out service.
Once you've entered our checkout service your first step is to create an invoice for your item(s). To do so, simply enter your desired shipping information in the appropriate fields and click on the "Click Here to Process your Invoice" button.
Once your invoice has been created you'll be able to arrange payment for your auction
With an invoice created, the next step is to arrange payment. Doing so is easy, safe, and secure by simply doing the following:
If you prefer to pay by credit card, click on your credit card's logo located just below your shipping information. That will take you to a Secured Server where you can enter your credit card information.
Once all your information has been entered click on the "Submit Credit Card" button" to complete your payment.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, print out your invoice and include it with your payment made out to "NFL Auction." All checks or money orders should be sent to the Sellers Address (280 Park Ave. NY, NY 10017). Note that personal checks require 5 business days to clear before your item will be shipped while money orders will be shipped upon receipt.
Once your payment has been received an NFL Auction representative will send winning bidders payment confirmation .
Payment confirmations are sent once we have been instructed by our fulfillment center that all orders have been completed.
Delivery of all NFL Auction items is done once payment has been confirmed.
